Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account. Trid Homes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Booking and Payment Terms

Renters must comply with booking procedures outlined on the Platform. Payments must be made through approved payment gateways. Trid Homes is not responsible for payment processing failures. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies set by Property Owners. Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Property Listings and Responsibilities of Owners

Property Owners must ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, and do not violate any third-party rights. Owners must comply with all local laws and regulations concerning short-term rentals. Owners must disclose all fees, including cleaning, security, and any additional costs. Owners must ensure the property is safe, habitable, and as described in the listing. Trid Homes reserves the right to remove or modify listings that breach these Terms.

Renters’ Obligations

Renters must comply with all house rules and local laws. Renters are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Renters must not engage in illegal activities on rented premises. Renters must respect check-in and check-out times specified in their booking.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to: Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes. Post false, misleading, or defamatory content. Interfere with the security and functionality of the Platform. Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior. Use bots or automated systems to manipulate Platform data.

Fees and Service Charges

Trid Homes charges service fees for transactions conducted on the Platform. Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified of any modifications. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content, including trademarks, logos and software, is the property of Trid Homes. Users may not use, copy or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Trid Homes provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. Trid Homes is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between Renters and Property Owners. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Trid Homes harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Trid Homes may terminate or suspend user access to the Platform at any time if they breach these Terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts any court.

Dispute Resolution
